You agree that service of process on you by either the Primary Service Provider or Backend Service Provider in relation to any dispute arising under this Agreement may be served upon you by first class mail to the address listed by you in your contact information or by electronically transmitting a true copy of the papers to the email address listed by you in your contact information.
