After being messed around with by my old provider I came across MD. I could tell my website as well as my life would run much smoother after moving to MD. Definitely the best support out of all the Web Hosting companies i've been with. When they told me their prices I thought they were joking. Believe it or not, I must thank MD Web Hosting not just for there super fast and reliable service, but for being very nice and kind to me which is always what matters in the end.

I have continually struggled to find a Web Hosting Service that has more up time than down time. So far my estimate of your downtime is less than 1% of the total available time. The statistic programs that you make available are excellent and have helped me to establish where and when my visitors log on to the web site. Other web hosting companies that I have used charged $$$ for what you supply as part of the package.
The people skills displayed by MD Web Hosting are excellent. I have been a Customer Service Trainer for many large companies here in Australia and the customer service displayed by MD is as good as any standards that have been laid down in a Customer Oriented Industry. I have had a few simple questions answered with clear and concise instructions and with out being made to feel silly or ignorant as some other hosting providers make a person feel.
All in all it has been a very pleasant experience (unusual in the IT world) changing over to MD Web Hosting. Thanks very much Guys.

My Clan's Site is hosted with MD webhosting. Good loading speed and have never had down time. I'd just like to say that MD Webhosting has been superb! They have the cheapest hosting plans on the net! Their support team is awesome! I've never had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my problem solved.

Brilliant packages with great features! We swapped from our current hosts immediately. With MD we get fantastic uptime and huge storage space, the ability to use add-on domains is really saving us money also! free domain was nice too.

We were looking for a company that would give us reliability, affordability and support. Congratulations to MD for coming up trumps on all 3. We knew nothing about websites at all as our previous one was with our isp but we had now used our space and needed more. As this is hobby based we didn't want to spend a fortune. We also knew nothing about html as the previous program we used did all the work for us, so we knew we would need a lot of support finding our feet for this.
Despite my frustration at trying to get stuff set up they were never to fussed in lending a hand and even better they have all the utility tools (ie forum) that we have simply added as we go along. I believe in a saying whole heartedly and that is you only get what you pay for; but since then I have now reworded this saying specifically for MD "with MD you will get what you pay plus more". Well done everyone on helping us achieve what we thought would never be possible.

I just had to write to say... Wonderful host. This is my first paid host, and you can tell its better then Geocities for sure. I had a domain problem when i first started. I sent a support ticket in, and had a reply within 5 minutes. After 1 more email, my domain was working! Thank you MD. I don't know what i would do without you.

I would just like to thank MD Web Hosting for providing a very reliable and cost-efficient web hosting solution. Before I signed up with MD, I was using a different web hosting company whom could not be contacted whenever there was a problem. On one occasion their servers went down without warning and they failed to respond to my questions - my site was offline for days without even an apology! MD has been great! Your plans are cheaper and offer a great deal more than many other places out there. I have not had ONE single problem with MD thus far. The signup and transfer of domain went without a hassle and any small problems/questions I did have were answered on the spot over their 'live support chat' system. I feel that when/if I ever had a problem with my MD account, I would be able to have it rectified within a matter of minutes. Seriously though, great work and keep up the great service you are providing. We do appreciate it!!

As my site grew larger, it became too expensive to host on Australian-based servers. That's where MD Web Hosting came in - they were able to provide just as much more storage and bandwidth, just as good service, and a much cheaper price. They've been fantastic and you can't go wrong hosting your site with MD.

MD Web Hosting has just been fantastic. When I started my business I was a bit of a dinosaur when it came to computers and technology. I could put letters and reports together and send and email but that was about it. MD has slowly and very patiently walked me through the process of setting up my own site. It is so pleasant to open your emails and know you are not going to be accosted by numerous adverts that seem to pop out on the page at all angles. Today I sent via email an important business document to the printers plus numerous attachments. I don't think I would have been able to get to that level if not for MD Web Hosting's assistance and professional service.The MD staff have great communication and people skills. I know it sounds old fashioned, but nothing has been to much trouble or question too stupid.

I was initially attracted to MD by the pricing and package.
However the level of customer support provided was unexpected. The Live Help Desk and quick friendly response to any problem or query leaves more expensive companies way behind.

Absolutely Amazing! Before having seen MD, I nearly went with a company that charged twice as much for half the options. An Australian company, so it means cheap prices and quick access. Plus, as a student it means I don't lose a lot of my money on something that can cost a sheer fortune. MD Web Hosting are a great company, great on the wallet and unbeatable on quality for it's plan.

information. I decided to veiw your testimorials and after reading them I decided to add my appreciations. Although I sit here waiting for my DNS connections to happen so I can get started on my web page with your easy to follow base templates. It appears that i will be able to achieve all that I need by simply following your guidelines. Even to setting up fully functional product ordering pages. Something I thought would be impossible for me and only achievable by employinga web design proffessional. I am impressed to say the least. Cant wait. Way to go guys.
