September Specials
This page will show you how to redeem your September Savers discount. While you are here, we would like to welcome you to our new Knowledgebase-Wiki. You can click here to be taken to the main page and learn what its all about!
Back to the special - To get 50% off your full featured hosting, you have to order 1 year of hosting in advance, otherwise you will be slugged the full amount for your order. Heres what you do:
- Pick the plan you want: Home, Business or Office. Click the Buy Now button.
- (Tip: You might want to consider a Business package to get the best value for your money!).
- Register a new domain
- .com, .net, .info, .biz and .org domains come free with Home and Business
- .com.au and .net.au come free with the Office package. But if you really want one, you can order it for half price as well
- The package you select is important - you have to choose a package with a 1 year free domain offer, as this picture shows you;
- Following so far? Great! If you picked the wrong type of package you won't get the discount!! Now, in the next section enter the coupon code, 50discount, like so:
- That should be it - just continue your order, and you should have a year of hosting at a huge discount :)
What if i have already signed up
We've had some people who are already on plans ask if they can take advantage of the special offer. It depends! -
- If you are on an Aussie plan, then no, sorry!
- If you are on a Monthly Billing Cycle, then there are no hassles. Call our team and we will organise it for you. Please, don't cancel and then sign up again if you would like to take advantage of the offer (or we may need to charge you a $22 admin fee, cancellations are a lot of hassle on our end!).
- If you are on a Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual Billing Cycle, then you can take advantage of the offer, -but-
- The extra 12 months will be added on to your existing service
- You will have to pay up front for those months
- If you are on a lower plan, and want to move to a higher plan, you have the pay the difference between the higher plan and the lower plan, pro-rata, for your remaining months at the normal rate, before we can tack on the discounted months to your existing service
Yahoo Marketing Voucher
You will be able to claim the Yahoo marketing voucher if you have not advertised with Yahoo before. You will receive details in your welcome email when your account has been activated, so please read it carefully.

The Fine Print
There are some conditions attached that you need to know about. Please read them fully so you understand what the offer is about.
- Offer expires on midnight, 17th September 2007.
- Offer expiry date may be changed at our discretion.
- Only the Full Featured Hosting plans are eligible for this offer.
- Hosting must be purchased in advance for one year.
- You will be charged the normal rate after the initial one year billing cycle has expired.
- You agree to abide by the additional terms and conditions for special offers, as described here.
