Microsoft Outlook 2002

1. Open Outlook
2. From the "Tools" menu, click "E-Mail Accounts..."
3. Select "Add a New Account" and click "Next"
4. Select "POP3" server type and click "Next"

         * "Your Name": this field is the name that the recipients of your messages will see in the "From" field. Type your 
           name here (i.e. John Smith)
         * "E-mail Address": type your email address in this blank (e.g. jsmith@domain.com)
         * "User Name": type the email address here. (e.g. in the case of jsmith@domain.com, "jsmith@domain.com" is the 
           User Name for this mailbox)
         * "Password": type the password for the mailbox in this line
         * If you don't want to type your password in each time you check your mail, click in the "Remember password" checkbox
         * "Incoming mail server (POP3)": type:
           yourdomain.com (once DNS propagation is complete)
           your server ip address(until DNS propagation)
         * "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)": type:
           yourdomain.com (if you isp does not block port 25) 
           your_isp_outgoingmailserver.com(if you have errors sending mail using your domain)          

5. Click the "More Settings" button. "Internet E-Mail Settings" window will appear
6. Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top of this window
7. Checkmark the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
8. Cick on "OK" to close this window
9. Click "Next" on the "E-mail Accounts" window
10. Click on "Finish"
11. You're done! Now you can send and receive messages through your new email address.
