MD Tech Support wants to keep you in the loop!
Posted By: Angelina Potapova On: 16 Feb 2010 04:59 PM
Details MD Web Hosting has been going through many changes in our infrastructure aimed at improving your service experience both in technical and customer service aspects. Please read on!

Some critical technical improvements are currently underway, including mass migrations of clients to new hardware and more reliable and redundant network systems.

For this reason, we need you to stay informed of what changes are taking place from a technical perspective. Information on service maintenance is not always convenient to acquire via Phone or EMail ticket while the service is already in the process of being migrated or otherwise maintained. While we send email notifications with regards to changes to your services, often these emails are sent to Account holder contacts who are not able to understand or appreciate how the notice applies to them. Additionally, mailouts to entire customerbase take a long time to process, and at times the client may receive the notice too late.

We have compiled a number of different ways for customers to keep informed by default or on demand (depending on your preference). Please review the below list and subscribe to one or more of the below to keep on top of what MD Web Hosting Technical services teams are up to:
