We are a community based, not for profit incorporated organisation and have built our website within Mdwebhosting with Sitebuilder. We have been extremely happy with our service and have had continuous positve response to our website. We offer performance art opportunities for those older members of the communtiy. This has bought us success with being offered a place in the Burisbane Festival in 2009. Based in Tasmania we seek as much online presence as possible.

This is about the cancelling of my website. I'd set a site up a number up a site a number of years ago and no longer had the requirement for the site. However, I'd forgotten to cancel in a timely manner. To MD's credit they closed the account shortly after the yearly payment had fallen due and refunded the bullk of the yearly payment I was required to make prior to closing the account. They communicated this to me and I was happy.

By doing this they turned an angry customer into an appreciative one. Well done MD for your professional practice in this regard. If I do have a need in the future for a website I'll definately consider your services again.

I sent an e-mail to MD Webhosting requesting not to be double dipped for an invoice - due to my own stupid action. I stupidly went to the MD site and created a new payment rather than opening the invoice that I was sent sometime ago - thank you for helping me in this matter :)

You really do provide very good service there at MD - I only sent that e-mail seems like minutes - but it's less than 2 hours ago. Every time I need help MD get back to me in under 2 hours - every single time and some times are under half an hour - even being as much of a cheap skate as I am I can't take my business anywhere else - just to save $ 5 or $ 10.00 / month - because I know that I will get great service from MD.

We have 12 web sites for our different companies 3 of which have been placed with MD hosting as a trial to their services. The difference between this company (MD) and the other National hosting providers is this. Product Information / Hosting speed / user friendly interfacing / support and to date the speed at which we have achieved market presence. I read blurb after more sales blurb on all of the large hosting companies and none did or gave what was advertised at all. MD did what they said, gave what I saw and helped when I asked. As a General manager wishing to regain some sense and control of what we were paying in IT and web associated costs, MD are truly on top of their game. I am quite happy to tell any who ask or inquire about my experience and our books now show a 95% saving in IT and a 85% market share (Correct 85%) in our Industry.

Congratulation MD Webhosting!! Finally an ISP that offers a reasonable amount of web space for an even more reasonable price. I am now able to run a photo gallery, shopping cart and more, and even have sufficient space to run a complete test environment as well. With the inclusion of cPanel I am also able to configure email, databases and scripting to exactly the way I want it to run. Its just so easy.

I've had so much trouble with other hosts, but MD was a breeze. No issue since day one and it continues today. The plans are great and service is quick, I highly recommend MD without a doubt.

I am very happy with the service provided by MD. They are a fantastic web hosting provider. The support is terrific & when any problems arise they are generally fixed promptly. It is really great to know that you can submit a ticket with customer support & within the hour (generally sooner) someone has contacted you or rectified the problem. When I was setting up my keywords list for google search engines the help & support I was given by the Marketing Division was outstanding. I am a very happy customer of MD & I highly recommend them. The service I have received from MD Webhosting in the past and present has been absolutely superior and is just completely outstanding.

I have been treated like royalty in this organisation and have also been well looked after time and time and time again.

The service you receive from MD Webhosting is just awesome, stunning, and just unbelieveable. You are often left very humbled at how they go out of their way to help you with your particular query. If they can't solve it, then they just go deeper and further until the issue is resolved. Nothing is a problem to them. It is the way that they care about their customers, that counts and matters. That is the reason why I am hosted with them. Because they care about me, the client of their organisation. And I feel and sense this in many ways.

Some companies are just interested in the money side of things; Not the customer/client.

It is the other way around for MD, the clients are always 1st priority.

I have been hosted by MD for a number of years and can't eplain how sad I was when I left to expand my business.

I was hosted with this previous company for 12 months, and felt that my business was going nowhere! The service was appalling also. I felt that I couldn't get anywhere with this company.

After doing a search on the internet for the best valuable hosting, I could not go past the deep inner gut feeling that I had with MD, knowing that MD was a company I could trust 100% time and time again, and thus is the choice I have made now to to have my hosting services with MD. Well Done MD!!

I enjoy over fifteen years of IT experience during that can not recall similar example of Customer Services that MD Webhosting offers. It is commendable that even on Sunday-night you get a quick response and someone there to address your query. I have seen this company growing phenomenally in the last few years and reckon that it will grow further as they know " what a customer wants".
